What function is it?

This is a function that allows customers to tell the cast members on the website that they would like to have a reservation slot at this time.

 

"I want to play with that cast member, but there are many times when the time doesn't match.

"I'd like to ask if they are open during the day on weekends or during the week ......"

 

We will start operation to meet these demands.

①②Check if there is more than 1 "Asked Charge" on the Guest My Page.

The "Ask Charge" is the amount of money you receive each week on Wednesdays. 　The "Ask Charge" will be restored every Wednesday at 12:00 pm and Sunday at 24:00 pm.

■ Visit us from the cast page

③ Go to the specific cast page from the top menu, "Cast List".

④ Click on the "Ask for a Reservation" button that will appear in the "Reservations" section of the "Live Dates" page.

⑦Press the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

The information will be displayed on the screen for creating a reservation slot for the cast member, and will be used as a reference for creating a reservation slot.

 

 

After registering your visit

Registering a visit does not mean that you are the only one who can make a reservation.

Instead, you will be notified by email when a Cast Member creates a reservation slot for your desired date and time.

Once created, the early bird gets the worm, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.

 

X-Oasis is a service where cast members are free to enter their available times.

Without changing that principle, we have released the "Ask Us" feature to facilitate meeting demand with our users.

 

We will continue to relax the restrictions based on usage, but for now, we are releasing it in this state.
